- RadioShack Stores
Currently, we have 10 stores in Klang Valley and 2 stores in the Penang. As we are expanding rapidly, please do check back at our website for updates on store locations.
Returns and Exchange Policies
At the moment it is not advisable to do so because the process may take a longer time than returning the product at the original store in which the purchase was made.
We do not refund cash over the counter. However, if the product is faulty or due to manufacturing defect, we are more than happy to replace a new unit or exchange the product with another of a lesser or equal value.
All return/exchange must be made within 14 days from the date of purchase. Returns will not be entertained without proof of purchase. Only products that are faulty due to manufacturing defect will be considered for return/exchange. The management is not liable for any normal wear and tear, misuse, mishandling, accident and/or failure to follow operating instructions.
That depends. Warranty claim of 90 days is applicable to Auvio, Gigaware, Pointmobl and Radioshack brands. Warranty for all other brands varies and is subject to its respective terms and conditions.
- Cash Vouchers
If you’re uncertain of what to get as gifts, we have Cash Vouchers which you can purchase at any of our stores. The vouchers are sold in 2 denominations – RM10 & RM50.
Of course! Cash vouchers are valid at all local stores.
Yes, Cash Vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase.
- RadioShack Card
9. I already have an existing BCard (generic, co-brand etc). Can I still use my exisitngBCard at RadioShack?
Yes but only RadioShack BCard members will get to enjoy the additional privileges offered by RadioShack.
RM10 will be charged for 1 year membership. Subsequently, any annual renewal will be charged at RM10 . However, annual renewal fee will be waived off should you achieve a minimum swipe of 12 times per year OR to a total spend of RM1,000 per year.
No. All BPoints issued will be credited into respective BCard’s accounts.
12. What’s the difference between a generic BCard (or any other co-brand BCard) with RadioShack BCard?
- Generic BCard is issued by BCard participating outlets to their customers while RadioShack BCard is issued for individuals who sign-up at our RadioShack stores.
- A generic BCard member will earn points for their purchases while a RadioShack BCard member will enjoy additional privileges.
- RadioShack Bcard will get RM1 to 1 Bpoint vs Generic Bcard is RM2 to 1 Bpoint (unless there’s promo going on)
- RadioShack members will get additional 1 month warranty on private labels.

14. If my RadioShack Card has expired, can I still use the card to collect points at any RadioShack stores?
Our system is now being integrated with BCards. Before end of March 2015, we will be able to check the validity of the RadioShack Bcard at the store, using the POS.
15. Should my RadioShack BCard be expired, can I still use the card to collect points at any other BCard merchants?
Yes but you will not be able to enjoy the additional privileges offered at RadioShack stores
